PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT MEETING
Town of Kossuth, Old Q Road
Branch of the West Twin River Bridge
Manitowoc County

A public involvement meeting will be held by the Town of Kossuth for the bridge replacement
along Old Q Road over the Branch of the West Twin River.

Discussion will focus on the replacement of the Old Q Road Bridge, traffic impacts, and the
construction schedule of this project. The project construction could begin as early as the
summer of 2027.

The meeting will be held at the Manitowoc County Highway Department, 3500 State Highway
310, Manitowoc on Monday, March 13, 2025, at 1:00 pm. A short presentation of the proposed
bridge replacements will be provided by representatives of the consulting firm Ayres Associates
Inc. Informal discussions will follow the presentation to discuss individual concerns regarding
the project. All interested persons are invited to attend.
