Annual dog licenses: Dog licenses are issued by mail only.

Send a current rabies certificate and a self addressed stamped envelope for the return of the tag, license and rabies certificate.  Fee for a neutered/spayed dog is $5.00 and for intact dogs the fee is $10.00.  Licenses are due by April 1st of each year.  After that date, a late fee of $5.00 will be charged per license.  All payments to be mailed to:  Town of Kossuth, Judith Fierst - Treasurer, 9825 Parkway Road, Whitelaw, WI  54247.  Checks should be made payable to the "Town of Kossuth" and should not be combined with tax payments.

New dog or puppy?
