FOR TOWN OF KOSSUTH, MANITOWOC COUNTY 
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall 
of Kossuth a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET of the Town of Kossuth 
in Manitowoc County will be held.  The proposed budget in detail is available for 
inspection at the Town Clerk’s office by appointment.

ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF KOSSUTH OF 
MANITOWOC COUNTY 
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 9, 2025, immediately following 
completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed budget which begins at 6:00 p.m. at the 
Town Hall of Kossuth, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to section 
60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes will be 
held: 
To approve the total 2026 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 81.01 (3) of 
Wisconsin Statutes. 
To adopt the 2025 town tax levy to be paid in 2026 pursuant to Section 60.10 
(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
